The only parties that may receive your number are the service providers described in section 4, who process it strictly on our behalf and under contract in order to deliver our messages, and who are prohibited from using it for any other purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except as required to deliver the messages you asked for.
4. When we disclose information
We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only:
- To service providers acting on our behalf, for example our customer relationship management and messaging platform, telecommunications carriers, payment processors, and shipping carriers, each of which may use the information only to perform services for us;
- To suppliers and carriers to the limited extent required to source, ship, and deliver what you ordered;

- In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.
5. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described above and for as long as required by applicable tax, audit, and government-contracting recordkeeping rules, which may require retention for several years after a contract or order closes. When information is no longer required, we delete it or render it unreadable.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encrypted transport for our website and access controls on our business systems.
