Fighter. Founder. Systems builder.
Represented the United States at the Junior Olympics in Taekwondo, fought MMA, then turned fight-camp discipline into a way of building companies. Founder of SMART MD, co-founder of Smart Gov Supply, and the architect of the AI operating stack that runs them — now on the Smart Fed Supply team.
One lane is never enough.
Moises came up through the mat: Taekwondo at a Placentia, California dojang, representing the U.S. at the Junior Olympics, then wrestling, striking and grappling in MMA — and, by the time he reached Cal State Fullerton, running his own studio. A lower-back injury pushed him into recovery science, then into healthcare and medical sales, where he started as a billing follow-up rep and was trusted to build the company's marketing department.
From there he built outward: SMART MD, a telehealth company built on one non-negotiable rule: every clinical decision belongs to a licensed provider; Smart Gov Supply, the toner and supply company that got its first California school-district vendor approval on the same day its outreach launched; GlamMaps, TrustCOA, and a wellness app — both apps live on the App Store. Seven brands and a ten-company partner network, wired together so, in his words, "every division supports the others through automation, AI integration, and transparent performance-based systems." He is a member of the Smart Fed Supply team, where that stack meets federal supply.

What a fighter brings to a supply company
Represented the United States as a junior, then fought MMA across wrestling, striking and grappling at once. The discipline came first; the companies came after.
Started at the bottom of a medical-billing firm as a follow-up rep and was trusted to build its marketing department from nothing.
SMART MD's rule: every clinical decision belongs to a licensed provider, every record stays auditable, and nothing is promised that the medicine cannot deliver.
SMART MD Wellness and GlamMaps — designed, built and approved by Apple without a dev team.
944 OEM toner SKUs quotable the same business day, Net 30, no minimum — and a school district that approved the company on its first campaign day.
"Most people pick one lane. I build the network — companies that feed each other." Every division shares the same automation and AI operating layer.
Published a strategy book and a training course while running the companies it describes.
Brings the systems side — sourcing, quoting, compliance tooling — to a veteran-led federal supply company.
